My Main Event team scored well this week finishing at 176.4. We currently reside at 43rd overall in the whole contest. Usually around the top 75 will qualify for the 300,000 so this team has to keep it going. I am hoping to get a boost from TE Jacob Tamme of Indianapolis but it remains to be seen whether his role will be substantial. I guess that's why I am here, to get stuff like that right. WR Dez Bryant really showed his skills on MNF so perhaps now that Romo is out, Dez will be included more in the gameplan. Let's hope so cause we are rolling with Dez this week.

Danielle's team struggled this week and now it's surfacing that RB Pierre Thomas isn't close to returning. That isn't the best of news but we have to keep going. This week is really big for Danielle as we play the first place team in the League. He currently is 1 game ahead of us for first. Every game is important but he is missing a lot of key guys so if we lose to him our chances of winning league record are over. It's looking more and more that we will need to qualify by record into the playoffs. RB Marshawn Lynch has to score better for this team to win and score consistently.

Following a pretty good scoring night in MNF we reclaimed the number 1 overall spot in the Auction league. We are only 6 points in front of the 2nd place team but considering the "studs" we had on bye it's a win. We will have similar bye week issues this week and may lose our standing to number 1 but should be able to rebound and get it back down the stretch. We have a very good team and I know they have a good shot at winning it all.

In other news.... Our Invitational team is all of a sudden good. LOL. This week will be tough because the bye weeks will catch up to us but if we navigate through it ok maybe this team can make a run at the playoffs. WR Hakeem Nicks has been huge this year and is the main reason for the resurgence. RB Michael Turner also has played well of late and when he scores well, this team will be better. Momentum is crazy in fantasy football. You can get on a roll and beat anyone.

Week 7... The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Well, coming into week 7 I felt the next two weeks were critical for our teams. For the most part I am somewhat pleased and a bit dissapointed in our teams.

Ray Ray's Revenge Main Event team had an awesome week by 3 guys (110pts) and a lousy performance by our other 7 (60 pts). So I am happy that they did well but it could have been magical and also makes me leary of the 2nd of our supposed "troublesome weeks". We won and will be in sole position of Total Points in our league and hopefully the Top Overall 50. That is a good spot to be because we can qualify as a wildcard team (for the 300,000 bucks) if we happen to lose our League Playoff. Run DMC (Darren McFadden) was tremendous and boy did I miss him. He had 45 along with WR Roddy White's 45 to cruize to victory.

Rae Rae's Revenge had an awful week so far. Getting little production from 1st Round pick Ray Rice I am a bit dissapointed with them. I really like there team but for whatever reason they were off. I did bench McFadden so that didn't help at all. At least know they get a bit healhier for next week and hopefully right the ship. Danielle is down 40 pts with WR Roy Willams and QB Eli Manning and the opponent has WR Hakeem Nicks. We need Nicks to not play tonight to have a shot. Not going to happen.

Our 1K Auction team was dissapointing too. They underperformed with the exeption of WR Roddy White. We currently are down 104 to 69.3. We need to get 60 points out of our trio of QB Eli Manning, RB Ahmad Bradshaw, WR Hakeem Nicks and our opponent has WR Steve Smith and the Dallas D/ST. It's more important to score as many points as possible instead of winning. Our lead in the overall may have been lost. That is how fast things can change.

Our initational team is locked into a high scoring game. In less than 2 weeks they have went from a struggling group to a legimate fantasy football team. WR Greg Jennings is starting to play, RB Michael Turner was rolling along, and with QB Eli Manning RB Ahmad Bradshaw and WR Hakeem Nicks they have a good chance to put up a nice score for the week. The opponent has K Buehler from the Cowboys and the NY Giants D/ST. They are currently down 136.1 to 91. So we need our guys to play well and take home the win.

We are locked into a 6 way tie for first. We stand currently 2nd in points. The next two weeks are the big one's. We have several key guys on bye's so if we can tippie-toe through at 2-0 I like our chances of making the playoffs and either winning head to head /points championship.

Danielle's team is 3rd in points in her league and in sole position of 2nd place in the standings. She is going to remain steady as we progress the next few weeks and hopefully the leaders begin to find the scoring a bit harder than before. TE Owen Daniels looks like he will help take over for TE Jermichael Finley's absense.

The Auction team is Tied for first but I feel confident this team will make the 4 team playoffs and be in poistion come weeks 12-16 to make a run for the overall title. The invitational League recieved a much needed win. They need to rattle off a few more in a row to convince me they are for real. I have a feeling they will score more consistantly but I'm not sure that slow start hasn't handicapped up.

Week 6 Recap...

Coming into Week 6 I had worries. Was the team going to flop like last week? Could they bounce back and put together a good week? How am I going to possibly get Porky out of my house? All very important questions that needed answering.

Ray Ray's Revenge Main Event team looked like zombies through 3 quarters of action in the early games before RB Arian Foster returned to form and scored 2 forth quarter TD's. QB Josh Freeman added a garbage time TD as did WR Anquan Boldin. LaDainian Tomlinson received a gift TD late in the NYJ/Den game to push our final total over 131 points. Very encouraging because our TE for the 2nd consecutive week put up 0 points. I HAVE TO FIGURE SOMETHING OUT!!!! and I will. Unless RB Chris Johnson has a really good game (35+ pts) we should win. He also has K Josh Scobee so just hope nothing bizarre happens. We got a huge lift from our new D/ST Vikings when Percy Harvin returned the opening kick of the 2nd half for a score.

Rae Rae's Revenge is without a doubt our chance for 300,000. I am really starting to like this team and when we are fully healthy we will flex the muscles. The WR corp continues to shine as Michael Crabtree, Roy Williams, and Santana Moss all have nice days and with the quartet or RB's she has watch out. I am very encouraged and just hope this team reaches it's money-making potential. Rae Rae's Revenge won again this week to push it's record to 5-1 through 6 weeks.

The Auction Team had a down week. The funny thing is a down week for them is 125 points. To put that in perspective, My main event team put up 130 and I was thrilled. lol. We remain in first overall by 36 points and that guy still has K Rob Bironas. There is also a team 55 points behind with RB Chris Johnson left. I maintain a good feeling because this team is deep, talented, and I am running this thing. I think good things will become of this team.

The invitational received a much needed win this week. They need to keep winning because they are not going to make it on points alone. Considering RB Michael Turner has yet to really flex his stuff I am encouraged but it's tough to rely solely on win/loss record. Anything can happen though. They are now 3-3 and a game out of first.

With Finley out I need to hit the waiver wire. We are going to have to net some bandaid's through the waiver wire to solidify ourselves a playoff spot. I feel good yet about our team and maybe some of our guys sitting out will benefit their overall health and performance. We still have a solid roster but it will be a grind, not the cruise I was hoping for.

Danielle's team responded and the WR core has picked it up considerably. If they can continue to produce at a high level she will get healthier and be a major player in this thing. I feel she is going to get stronger and stronger as the year progresses. I am extremely encouraged with this team. With Finley out, TE Tony Moeaki will be thrust into the starting line-up. I like him, has been good so far.

This team scares me. A lack of explosiveness has hampered them a lot. WR Greg Jennings has got to pick it up. We are only 1 game behind our conference leader so if we can win a few in a row, get RB Reggie Bush back we may be able to make a run. We'll see... It's not looking promising.

Ugh.

Well, you dread days like yesterday for several reasons. You want to do well and win thats a given. But when you seem to get punched in the gut 15 minutes into your Sunday there is a extra frustration that pulls at your patience.

Our TE on 3 teams dicided to "displace" his hamstring. I guess you can look at it two ways. 1) Jermichael shouldn't be out the year and perhaps can even return in a week or two as good as new or 2)He is going to be a problem all year with this injury. I'd tend to think that number 1 will be the case and I am optimistic, at least until I hear different about the severity.

The Main Event Ray Ray's Revenge team scored 63 pts with LaDainian Tomlinson left. To put in perspective how bad this week was I am not sure I have ever scored less than 80 and a good game by LT will maybe push us over that. I pray this was a fluke and our team responds next week but by all accounts I know how it feels to get hit by a Mike Tyson hook.

Rae Rae's Revenge also has Finley but looks to win this week to move to 4-1. They finally had a great day by RB Ray Rice and WR Michael Crabtree to sscore 140 points. Very good for this week. Danielle's team hopefully will start to get a bit healthier in the coming weeks and start to hit there stride.

Our Auction League continues to roll on thanks to WR Hakeem Nicks. His 37 points helped put behind horrendis games by RB Arian Foster and WR Dez Bryant. Will should remain the top overall team in that format and hopefully will be able to overcome the Finley injury.

The Invitational League took it on the chin again as WR Greg Jennings just can't get anything going. I was extremely high on the Packers this year and it's looking more and more like they are going to "bust". I don't think I've ever seen a team hit by injury as much as them and its starting to take its toll.

All in all we have to just move forward. No one feels sorry for you in this game and the next team wants to beat you more than the last. Our teams need to keep playing and performing to the level they are capable of. I will leave you with highlights of WR Hakeem Nicks terrific day.

Week 4 Standings- Marshawn takes Beast Mode to Seattle.

Well, terrific news on the trade front as our RB Marshawn Lynch has been dealt to Seattle. We have him on all 4 teams so he gets a boost in value and hurts anyone with RB Justin Forsett. Hopefully Marshawn will get a "new chance" to provide Seattle with a spark offensively and help our team in the coming weeks.

Our Main Event team loses McFadden to injury but will add Lynch for a boost in fantasy stock. Our team is 17th overall and hopefully will remain steady the next few weeks. We have some landmines to avoid but if successful can really make a run at a really great Regular Season. Really.

Danielle's team has gotten hit yet again by the injury bug. RB McFadden went down and now has to get through the next few weeks. She is steady in points and recod(3-1) so ultimatley I am calm for now and feel confident we can get through a bit of a rough patch. I am telling you, this team has a chance to do big things if it's depth can keep things together.

It's been rough sleeding in the Invitational League and things wills need to improve on the RB/WR front. We need Jennings to play better or this isn't going to be a championship team. Maybe Marshawn gives us a boost and we can start to turn things around.

Week 4- Staying the Course

Heading into week 4 I wanted to maintain, perform consistently and stay near the top of the leader boards and Standings. We could come out of monday night going 3-1 this week with the only loss being the Invitational League. It was a frightening afternoon as our star player RB Arian Foster was held out for most of the first half with disciplinary reasons. He promptly came on in the 2nd half and rattled off 33.7 points in virtually one half to lead our 3 teams to a pretty solid week. He is a stud.

Ray Ray's Revenge Main event team cruised to victory with a terrific early game performance from Boldin and White (31.5) and the rejuvenated RB LaDainian Tomlinson (30.5). Not bad for only playing 3 quarters of the game too. LT is rolling right now and he is someone that can really carry us down the stretch. Our team currently resides 13th overall and may move down a few spots after tonight but look solid so far. RB Darren McFadden was hurt(hamstring)in his game however and looks like he will miss at least a few weeks. Ugh, I told you the injuries would come.

Rae Rae's Revenge Main Event team had a ok day. They are getting nailed by the injury bug right now. RB Rice, McFadden, and P. Thomas are all either out or nursing injuries. It is a cause for concern because of the upcoming bye weeks. I remain optimistic that RB Marshawn Lynch can help ease the pain next week by playing well but we'll see. Danielle's team leads by 66pts but the guys still has QB Tom Brady, WR Wes Welker, and the NEw England D/ST. Keep your fingers cross cause it will probably be a close finish.

Ray Ray's Revenge Auction league had another stellar week and really look tough. We currently are leading the the Overall contest but after Monday night could end up in 2nd or 3rd. This team is healthy and playing well minus QB Jay Cutler's performance. YIKES!!! The overall winner of the Auction format will receive $5,000 bucks so we look at least like we can contend for that prize.

Ray Ray's Revenge Invitational team wasn't very good again this week. RB Michael Turner just couldn't get consistant carries and the WR corp lead by Greg Jennings just can't consistently catch passes. It may be a long year with this group cause there isn't the explosiveness that our other teams possess.

Also, You may be wondering about the above pictures. Well, Tara Jo traveled through 7 states in over 28 hours or so as a tribute to Ray Ray's Revenge. She has given our team inspiration to never give up and travel wherever we need to go and also to "finish the journey"... no matter how exhausted you get doing it. Thanks Tara!
